Cupping Therapy

When the body's lymphatic system isn't functioning properly, swelling can ensue.  It is best to speak to the therapist regarding your specific condition to determine if there are any contraindications to this treatment.  Expect it to take 90 min. 

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Reiki is an energy balancing technique originating from Japan.  With all the stressors we face in life, it is easy for the body to become overwhelmed, causing disruptions in its energy flow.  As a Third Level practitioner, this can be used to bring balance to our physical, emotional and spirit bodies, either all together or individually.  The release can be subtle or powerful.  Expect 30 to 60 min.

Note that this is not a manual therapy technique.
